History

Alles Cool Lodowiska
Sp. z o.o.

The early history of the company dates back to 2003 when the Alles Cool Refrigeration Air Conditioning Ventilation company was established in Kępno by Jacek Stempin. From the very beginning of its operation, the company was involved in designing and installing refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Dynamic growth led to the opening of additional divisions, such as a sales showroom, an air conditioning and ventilation wholesale store, and expanding into new markets. In 2004, the company's owner decided to build and operate the first artificial ice rink. The success of this investment led to ice rink construction becoming another rapidly growing branch of the company.

n-ICE Group Sp. z o.o.

To meet the market's demand for a professional ice maintenance machine at an affordable price, Alles Cool Lodowiska Sp. z o.o. designed the first Polish ice resurfacing machine dedicated to small and medium-sized recreational ice rinks, called the n-ICE Model 1200. The machine was designed using 3D computer aided design (CAD) software, with the design team from Progress Engineering, a company owned by one of the shareholders of the company, which has been involved in designing and manufacturing complex, self-propelled vehicles for the horticultural and metal industries for many years.

In 2011, the company changed its name to n-ICE Group Sp. z o.o. and focused exclusively on the construction and design of various types of ice maintenance machines.
